Crying

Has anyone ever thought about how weird crying really is?
Before posting this, I went on to the best online source I could find.
(Sometime, ask Ashley and I how to play the game involved with this website)
Here is what it told me about crying.

"Crying (also called sobbing, wailing, weeping, bawling, and blubbering) is shedding tears as a response to an emotional state in humans. The act of crying has been defined as "a complex secretomotor phenomenon characterized by the shedding of tears from the lacrimal apparatus, without any irritation of the ocular structures". According to a study of over 300 adults, on average men cry once every month; women cry at least five times per month, especially before and during the menstrual cycle when crying can increase up to 5 times the normal rate, often without obvious reasons (such as depression orsadness)."

Still really no conclusion to why we cry.
But one thing I found from this interesting was how it said women usually cry 5 times a month.
I don't want to sound like I'm boasting, but I think I have gone
months and months without crying.
Sometimes way too long.
So this weekend was unusual.
Within 3 days, I have cried 6 times.
All for different reasons (pretty much all the reasons you can cry).
I cried when I felt alone.
I cried because I was upset at someone.
I cried when I finally emotionally broke down.
I cried when I watched a movie of a pioneer miracle.
I cried when I felt the Power of the Holy Ghost.
I cried when I felt better.

I admit.
That's way too many times to cry in a short amount of time.
I am not usually like that!
I feel as though I don't cry too much, which is a good thing.
But I must say, after being so emotionally spent--I feel 100% all better.
It has been a long time since I have just cried till I had no more.
But crying, in my opinion, is healthy.
Not too much of course.
But now I feel so much better to have just let all of that out.
And I'm happy as can be :-)
2 WEEKS!!!
